A Wintery Mix Expected In The Concho Valley Starting Wednesday Afternoon

Freezing rain, ice accumulation, and snowfall are expected to create hazardous travel conditions starting Wednesday afternoon through Thursday, according to the National Weather Service in San Angelo. There are one-to-three inches of snow forecast for the Concho Valley. What NWS terms as a medium chance (40-60%) of at least 0.01 inches of ice is forecast for parts of the region. Icy conditions most likely from early Thursday morning through Thursday afternoon.
