Judge Eddie Howard Retires After 30 Years

Retired Precinct Four Constable Randy Harris will be taking over at the Justice of the Peace. Dozens came together Tuesday to honor the retiring Judge Eddie Howard after 30 years as Precinct Four’s Justice of the Peace.
Howard says he looks forward to spending time with his grandchildren and fishing.
